1) Eligibility & Participation

• Ladies Night is open to guests participating during Prime Time (Happy Hour) at Rosebud Steakhouse.
• By participating, guests agree to these rules and all decisions made by Rosebud Steakhouse regarding the drawing.

2) How to Earn Entries

• Every $50 spent during Prime Time (Happy Hour) earns one (1) entry into the month-end drawing.
• Entries are based on qualifying Prime Time (Happy Hour) spend. Only one entry per person per qualifying $50 spend. Entry will go to the person paying the check or checks that qualify at $50 or more. (Ask your server/bartender if you have questions about qualifying purchases.)

3) Entry Deadline

• All entries must be received prior to 6:00 PM on the last Tuesday of the month.
• Entries received at or after 6:00 PM on the last Tuesday of the month will be applied to the next month’s drawing (if applicable).

4) Drawing Timing & Presence Requirement

• The drawing will take place at Rosebud Steakhouse.
• Customer must be present at the time of the drawing to win.
• If an entry ticket is drawn and the customer is not present, another ticket will be drawn.
• This will continue until a ticket is drawn for a customer who is present.

5) Drawing Order (Prizes Awarded)

The drawing will take place in the following order:

1. Third Place
2. Second Place
3. First Place

6) Rollover Policy

• If no winner is present for any prize level, that prize (or prizes) will roll over to the next month.

7) Prize Terms (“As Is” / No Cash Value)

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or cash value.
• Prizes are awarded “As is” with no substitutions.

8) General Conditions

• Rosebud Steakhouse reserves the right to refuse or void entries that are incomplete, illegible, altered, or suspected of tampering.
• Rosebud Steakhouse may modify or end Ladies Night at any time, subject to applicable law.
