Rosebud Steakhouse Coming To Southlake

The fine dining restaurant will be the franchise’s first foray into Texas. Southlake will be welcoming a new white-tablecloth steakhouse by next year.

Originally established in 2000, Rosebud Steakhouse is a Chicago-based franchise that specializes in providing upscale fine dining experiences for its guests. With three locations in Illinois and Indiana, the Southlake restaurant marks Rosebud’s first opening in Texas, with plans to expand in the near future.

“We’ve taken the classic Chicago steakhouse and modernized it,” CEO Angelo Eliades says via press release. “We originally looked for a location in downtown Dallas, but once we saw the Southlake space, we just fell in love with it.”

The new restaurant will take over the ground level of the mixed-use development District 114 and will feature an island-shaped bar, a covered patio and a dining room that can seat up to 200 people. The menu features a variety of 40-day dry-aged steaks as well as a few Italian classics such as rigatoni vodka and chicken parmesan for an unmatched Chicago steakhouse experience.

Rosebud Steakhouse will be located at 2102 E. State Hwy. 114 and is expected to open in early 2025. To stay up to date on the opening or learn more about the franchise, visit RosebudSteak.com.

The Chicago-based restaurant will open a white-tablecloth steakhouse in the District 114 at Kimball Park development in early 2025, according to a news release from business.

Rosebud serves dry-aged steaks such as Chicago cut bone-in ribeye, Kansas City strip and lobster, as well as Italian dishes and salads, according to the menu for its Chicago location.

The location will be the fourth for Creative Hospitality Concepts Restaurant Group and the first in Texas, according to Angelo Eliades, a co-founder of the steakhouse.

The restaurant will be on the ground level of the development and will seat 200 inside in addition to a patio, which will seat 150.

Applications are now being accepted for management, front of house and back of house on the company’s website.

According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the interior buildout of the existing 6,325-square-foot space should be completed by October. The estimated cost is $948,750.
