TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MAIN DINING RESERVATION CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing Rosebud Steakhouse for your event! In order to secure your event A credit card is required to confirm your intended event date and space. A final Event Order is prepared once the menu and wine selections have been submitted. If this agreement and your credit card request is not received within 48 hours, Rosebud Steakhouse reserves the right to book another event for your intended date and space, thus CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION. Additionally, Rosebud Steakhouse will have no further obligation under this agreement. All events are limited to two and half hours of the booked reservation time.
Food and Beverage Minimum
Each event has a required food and beverage minimum. This minimum does not include gratuity, equipment rentals, valet parking, gift cards, and applicable taxes. If the required food and beverage minimum is not met, the difference will be added to the final bill at the conclusion of the event in the form of a room charge or unmet minimum plus tax and gratuity.
- Tables of 10-14 guests the F&B minimum is $1,000 + tax + 20% gratuity
- Tables of 15-19 guests the F&B minimum is $1,500 + tax + 20% gratuity
- Tables of 20+ require pre-set menu and event contract to be signed (F&B minimums will be outlined within the event contract
Guarantee Guest Counts
MINIMUM GUARANTEED ATTENDANCE MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM, TWO BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE.
The final guarantee of attendance is the lowest number for which you are charged + tax + 20% gratuity. If no final guarantee is given, the restaurant will use the original estimated guest count on the contract as the guaranteed count. We can set the room and plan for up to 10% over the guaranteed guest count.
Cancellations
If an event is cancelled less than five (5) days in advance of the reservation date a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the specified food and beverage minimum plus tax will be applied to the credit card on file. Events scheduled during the month of December must be cancelled thirty
(30) days prior to the date of the reservation; otherwise, a cancellation charge in the amount of 50% of the food and beverage minimum plus tax will be applied to the credit card. If an event cancels within 48 hours of the event date, 100% of the food and beverage minimum plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file. All cancellations must be sent in writing via email to ensure that cancellations are made in the proper time frame.
Billing
One bill will be presented with the final payment due upon completion of the event. We are unable to offer separate checks. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Cash. We are unable to accept corporate or personal checks as payment. Tax-exempt organizations must furnish a certificate of exemption with a TAX ID number to Rosebud Steakhouse at the time of contract. Prices are subject to change until the event is contracted. Local sales tax will be applied to all food and beverage as well as included gratuity and any other applicable sales.
All food and beverage, guaranteed guest counts, room charges, and/or un-met minimum charges are subject to a 20% gratuity. Late Arrivals (given there is available seating) may not be served with the bulk of the group and will be accommodated to the best of our ability. We are unable to accommodate anything over the maximum seating capacity for the private room and will turn away guests over the maximum capacity. The final count is to include company representatives. Overflow will not be accommodated in the main dining room and company representatives must dine in the private room with their guests. If the guest count increases on the day of the event, the special events coordinator must be notified in writing.
Dress Code Proper Attire Required.
We are a special occasion restaurant with a strict, upscale dress code. Please visit our website to see our dress code requirements. Management reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who are inappropriately dressed regardless of their reservation status.
Decorations
Some decorations are permitted. Tabletop decorations, centerpieces or any other personal decorations must meet the local fire department, health department, and any other governmental regulations. Nothing may be affixed to the walls of the restaurant. Glitter, confetti, and other small objects of that nature are not permitted. All specific needs should be communicated in advance to the Special Events Coordinator. Final approval must be received from the Special Events Coordinator on all decor or outside vendors (ex. linen, balloons, photography, ice sculptures, etc.).
Alcohol Consumption
Rosebud Steakhouse does not permit the serving of alcoholic beverages to anyone who the restaurant (in its sole discretion) determines is intoxicated or who is under the age of
twenty-one (21). The client understands and agrees to abide by this policy and state law regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Confidentiality
Rosebud Steakhouse agrees to treat as confidential all information about the Client that is disclosed to or learned by Vendor in the performance of this contract, provided that Client identifies any such confidential information as such. Rosebud Steakhouse shall not issue any news release, public announcement, advertisement, or any other publicity, in any form or content, in connection with the Event and/or Client without first obtaining the written approval of the Client. Rosebud Steakhouse represents that it will require all employees to comply with the confidentiality obligations of this section.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, unusually severe weather, terrorist acts, shortage of supply, breakdowns or damage to facilities rendering facility either non-operational or aesthetically unsatisfactory, labor disputes, acts of any governmental body. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or incongruity between the provisions of this Contract and/or any addendum the provisions of this Contract shall govern and control.
By Approving this Event Contract, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all of the terms and conditions listed in this document.
