• Steve Coppolillo: Is a 35 year seasoned culinary veteran and an American Culinary Foundation award winner! Steve brings his rich Italian heritage and extensive leadership experience in corporate kitchens to the back of the house at Rosebud Steakhouse. Steve’s experience of opening and managing hundreds of restaurant kitchens and corporate commissaries, has led to creating a unique culinary line up that has captivated diners for years and is setting trends for years to come.
