Standing up a restaurant as a sister concept in a completely different state is not an easy task. After all, you are judged by the standards set and refined over decades at your flagship location. Munster’s people and administration supported our opening from the beginning, making it straightforward. We feel like Indiana is home with the ties that many, including Steve, have to the local community.

We thank you all for your kind words of encouragement and excitement at our arrival. As your new neighbors from the city and life long friends, we are extremely happy to be in Munster with how our sister location came together.
